Double Longganisa & Egg Rice Plate
We make our longganisa in-house. We put enough fat so it's always juicy, but it's meaty and flavorful. We also made sure it has the right amount of sugar, which turns into a delicious, dark caramel once we sear it on the flat top.
👩🍳 We shape our longganisa into patties like our burgers so they fit in our sandwiches as well.
