Braised Grilled Beef Rice
👨🍳 We start the sliced beef on high heat in the griller until it develops charred edges and a smoky aroma. It then goes to a braise in our modified gyudon sauce for an hour in a large stock pot to get a nice, tender texture. Served with sesame beansprouts and pickled cucumber.
